Sellers Fare Better When Using Encinitas Realtor

Here are the findings of that survey:

  • 79% of those surveyed said that they had used a real estate agent to sell their property, while 21% said that they had tried to sell their home on their own. 
  • 66% of those that used a real estate agent were able to sell their home. Only about 30% of those that sold on their own were successful. 
  • 22% of those that attempted to list their own property ended up seeking the assistance of a Realtor, and more than half of the time once they had done this they were successful in selling their home.
