My wife Gretchen and I were highly impressed with the services from Linda Moore and Coldwell Banker for the sale of our house. We first contacted Linda since she is well known in our neighborhood. She impressed us on our first meeting with how she prepared for the meeting. She provided us lots of information on comparable properties in the area that were either for sale or had recently sold. This information included the listing price, the selling price, the days on the market, $/sq. ft., etc. She also provided us information on the services of Coldwell Banker.
