25 Bedrooms That Would Be Impossible to Leave in the Morning
- Linda Moore
- September 22, 2016
I don’t know about you but this has felt like a very long and tiresome week to me. I wanted to go right back to sleep after I woke up this morning. There is something about your own bedroom that feels so safe and relaxing like none of the worries or stresses of the day can reach you. Even though I was able to leave my bedroom this morning I don’t know whether I would have been able to leave any of these bedrooms from this collection by Houzz entitled “25 Bedrooms We’d Love to Fall Asleep In”.
Even though all the bedrooms they display are different, Mitchell Parker points out that there are a few common themes that stand out among the grouping like gray or gray-blue tones, wood accents, and layers upon layers of comfy bedding. You can use these themes to create the similar calm, comfortable, and sleepy vibes that each of these 25 bedrooms give off. Check out the article and photographs here:
Some of my favorites would have to be #9, #15, and #20. #9’s beautiful glass walls right on the beach make me swoon. I suppose the sun would wake you up in the morning but I’m not too worried because I would just utilize an eye mask and then just snooze forever. I am very covetous of #15’s elegant style in that gorgeous blue hue. And I picture the three youngest Bennett sisters (from Pride and Prejudice), Kitty, Lydia, and Mary, in #20 inhabiting it’s three built-in beds.
