Groundbreaking Coldwell Banker App for Real Estate

In my recent appearance on the Craig Sewing Show, we spoke about the new app from Coldwell Banker. It’s called “Digital Experience,” and it helps both buyers and sellers communicate the story of a property during the sales process. Real estate transactions are emotional as well as financial events, and the new app lets sellers post stories about their homes so potential buyers can get a more in-depth understanding of what the property is all about.
