If you’re buying or selling a home, it’s important to be aware of any energy efficiency loans that may be attached to the property. There are two main types of loans that are given to homeowners in order to make energy-efficient upgrades affordable:
PACE- Property Assessed Clean Energy, and
HERO- Home Energy Renovation Program
