What I would like everyone to know about this area is that it is a community.  I mean that in the strictest sense of the word.  There is a feeling of community here that is unequalled by any other place.  Loyalty, patriotism and love permeate the areas around town and the neighborhoods are all tight knit and wonderful.  When you move into a home in this area you will find that there is a feeling of unbridled optimism and love.  It sounds cheesy, but trust me it is amazing.  The sense of communal spirit in this area is intense and very sought after.  If you are looking at homes in Encinitas for the first time, you will be pleasantly surprised at what this area offers your family.
