Press Release: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Presents Linda Moore with President’s Premier Award

I am so honored to have been awarded the President’s Premier Award yet again. It is always such an encouragement to have your hard work acknowledged in such a public way. This is the seventh year in a row that I have received this award which makes me even more grateful for my amazing partnership with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Encinitas office. They have named me their number one Coldwell Banker associate in all of San Diego county for three out of five years!

When it comes down to it the most important factor in this success is my approach to the business and the relationships I form with my clients. Jeff Hayes, our branch manager at the Encinitas and La Costa Office, was quoted in the press release saying that my colleague Kelly Howard and I “are very dedicated and consistent” along with being “highly honest, ethical, and professional.” His words mean the world to me as I have been striving for the past 26 years to offer all my clients honesty, integrity and an extremely hard work ethic. My goal is to offer completely individualized service of the highest possible standard. I mention in the press release that I never take on more than I can personally handle so I can provide exceptional service to each and every unique client. This is the reason why, I believe, that I have been ranked in the top 1 percent nationwide.
