San Diego #6 on List of Nation’s Hottest Real Estate Markets

Late last week, Realtor.com unveiled their regular list of the nation’s hottest real estate markets (Video). Unsurprisingly, California markets state-wide dominated the list. This shouldn’t come as a shock to anybody who lives here: the appeal of the Golden State is undeniably intoxicating. Of the twenty markets included in the list, a staggering twelve are California regions (San Diego sits at number 6!). Three Colorado areas – Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs – and two from Florida – Palm Bay and Tampa – also made the cut. Here’s the full list:
