- August 22, 2017
There’s a lot of fun events going on within the next couple of weeks. Not only will there be the Coldwell Banker Home for Dogs Project, but the Del Mar Village Association is hosting their annual Taste of Del Mar.
If you like food and drinks, live music, and the beautiful, historic Del Mar Village, then this event is a perfect way to start your September. This exciting event is one of the most looked forward to in the Del Mar area. As the date approaches, residents in and near Del Mar always rush to buy their tickets to enjoy this fun filled night. With local restaurants and some of the local vineyards joining in, you get to indulge in award-winning, local craves.
This year there will be over 25 local and award-winning restaurants and 15 craft brewers, local vintners, and makers of distilled spirits. While you enjoy the local vendors and brews, live music will be playing throughout the Taste of Del Mar.
Located in the center and heart of historic Del Mar Village, you’ll be able to enjoy the food, drinks, music, and other vendors with a perfect view of the ocean and historic downtown.
Some of the restaurants participating will be Kitchen 1540, Pacifica Del Mar, Prepkitchen Del Mar, Sbicca, and Jake’s Del Mar. Some of the wineries and breweries participating include Nevarro Vineyards, Second Chance Beer Co., and Ballast Point Brewing and Spirits.
Come join in on the fun! This year’s Taste of Del Mar will take place September 7th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For tasting only, tickets will be $30. If you want to taste and sip, tickets will be $40.
