Things to do in Oceanside

If you are planning a family vacation or a romantic getaway with a loved one I recommend visiting beautiful Oceanside California.  The weather is always picture perfect here in Southern California.  Oceanside is located near San Diego, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Escondido.  Each of these beach front towns are unique in their own way.  But all of these towns including Oceanside have beautiful golf courses, beaches, restaurants, and shopping to offer while visiting.  The many attractions including Legoland California, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Sea World, and The San Diego Zoo are always popular with residents and tourists.  When coming to Oceanside you must stop and visit the longest wooden pier in the West Coast which spans 1,942 feet in length.  The Oceanside Municipal Pier offers shopping and restaurants with views that cannot be duplicated.  The pier offers family fun as well as couples dinning looking over the beaches and ocean.
