11th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival

Picnic under the cherry trees while enjoying cultural performances and Japanese street food in this yearly San Diego community celebration. There will be vendors, children’s activities, and a beer & sake garden- tickets can be purchased here starting at $8.

March 5 & 6, 10:00 am –4:00 pm, Japanese Friendship Garden, San Diego

 

Spring Planting Jubilee & Tomato Sale

Coastal Roots Farm is hosting a huge sale of locally grown vegetables, herbs, flowers, and more. There will be garden experts on hand, as well as live music, workshops, and kid’s events. Tickets are $14 and can be purchased here.

San Diego Burger Week

During this week-long event, local restaurants participate in CityBeat’s annual burger celebration with $5 burgers and special combo deals.
