The Fieldstone neighborhood was built in the mid 1980’s and is located East of El Camino Real just off Garden View Drive and North Willowspring Roads. There are four floorplans, one single story and three two stories (some with three car garages). One of the two story floorplans has one full bedroom and bath downstairs. The Fieldstone neighborhood is very popular for its schools, amenities, and low HOA fees. One portion of Fieldstone is not located in the HOA area, and therefore has no fees, and no access to the amenities. There are two neighborhood pools, tennis, playgrounds, and expansive greenbelts. Schools are Flora Vista Elementary, Diegueno Middle, and San Dieguito Academy or La Costa Canyon High Schools.
